That contain any software virus or other computer code, file, or programme that is intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource
That promotes the sale of illicit services or commodities whose sale is forbidden or restricted by applicable law, including, but not limited to, items whose sale is prohibited or regulated by applicable legislation
That is illegal or restricted by the Republic of India's laws.
That is demonstrably false and inaccurate, and is written or disseminated in any manner with the goal to deceive, harass, or harm a person, entity, or agency for financial advantage.
Spam, multiple / chain letters, or pyramid schemes, in any form, shall not be distributed or contained.
You agree to receive notifications relevant to the services provided through the website via email, phone, or any other electronic or other method of contact.

Use any automated device or computer programme (sometimes referred to as "flagging tools") that allows the use of Mirchyone's "flagging system" or other community control systems without each flag being manually entered by a human initiating the flag (an "automated flagging device"), or use any such flagging tool to remove posts of competitors, other third parties, or posts without a reasonable good faith belief that the post being flagged violates these Tenets.
Use any automated device or software that enables the submission of automatic postings on Mirchyone without human intervention or authorship (an "automated posting device"), including, without limitation, in connection with bulk postings or for automatic submission of postings at specific times or intervals; or
Any Content you upload will be subject to applicable laws and may be disabled, as well as investigated under suitable laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in violation of any laws and regulations, these terms, or the Site's privacy policy,we may terminate your account/block your access to the Site and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant Content uploaded by you.
Only persons who are citizens of the Republic of India, who are 18 years of age or older, and who can enter into a legally binding contract, and who are not barred by any law currently in force are permitted to use www.mirchyone.com, either through registration or any other means. If you access Mirchyone on behalf of a legal entity, you affirm that you are fully allowed to do so, and that the listing, posting, or information posted on the site on behalf of the legal entity is your obligation, for which you agree to be answerable to other users of the Site.
Some areas of the Service may charge a fee to upload content or use . By posting Paid Services on the Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement with Mirchyone. The provisions of the Terms relating to Content will apply to these services. Featured Ads is a feature that allows your advertisement to be displayed in a specific section of the Website and/or in a highlighted manner, in order to set it apart from other material on the Website. This tool was added to allow users to bring attention to their ads and boost the chances of receiving responses from potential purchasers. We do not promise a specific increase in the number of responses you receive, and any representation on the Website to the contrary is purely indicative.
The number of days indicated at the time of purchase or 30 days from the initial date of posting the Content on the Website, whichever comes first, will determine how long your Ad will be displayed as a Featured Ad. The number of Featured Ads you can put on the Website in a month is five, with each ad being charged an amount of 1,00,000 INR per month. In addition to this, platinum package subscribers have the added advantage of having to make use of this feature but which is limited to only the duration up to which the launching offer persists i.e, the first three months. Mirchyone has the right to restrict the scope and manner in which you can change Featured Ads.
